Hiring Bonus

This position offers a hiring bonus of $4,000.00. The payment of this bonus is dependent upon active employment in good standing at each payout. The hiring bonus payment structure is $1,500.00 at 30 days and $2,500.00 at 6 months of employment.

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor (CS) coordinates and evaluates the implementation of Wraparound services for the program. The CS assists the Program Director in assuring staff develop, implement, and monitor effective services. The CS will assist in the recruitment of staff and assure training and development of staff as well as assist in developing and revising procedures. The CS assists in model oversight and implementation of services to youth and families including assessments, treatment/service planning, utilization of resources, community partnerships, referral assignments, and oversight of case and service coordination.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Supervision, development, and support of staff.
  2. Service/Treatment planning and implementation oversight.
  3. Model fidelity and compliance.
  4. Quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  5. Professional working relationships.
  6. Documentation and record keeping.

Qualifications

  • Clearances. State Police/FBI clearance per state regulation; Child Abuse Registry clearance; any additional background checks/clearances required by state governing bodies.
  • Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.

Working Conditions

  • Physical Demands. Requires vision, hearing (with the exception of Pressley Ridge School for the Deaf) and a moderate to high level of physical activity including; sitting, standing, walking lifting and carrying as required. Must be able to meet
    the demands and complete Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
  • Environmental Factors. Indoors/Outdoors: Residential treatment facility, school, home, community.
  • Working Hours. Variable schedule based on program need.
Qualifications

Education
Masters of Human Services (required)

Experience
2 years: Experience working with children and families. (required)

Licenses & Certifications
LMSW (preferred)
LCSW (preferred)
MSW (preferred)
LPC (preferred)
LSW (preferred)
