Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator you will be Provide scheduling support for engineering division manpower by meeting with Discipline manager and reporting to Associate Director and Project Managers as well as provide scheduling support on construction projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ability to provide accurate and realistic assessments of construction durations for the project.
• Ability to identify potential schedule risks, risk mitigation and improvement opportunities through his/her analysis of the overall construction schedule, as well as schedules provided by the individual contractors, which are incorporated into the overall schedule.Ability to review construction estimates
• Ability to work well within a large, diverse, cross-functional team
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and peers to coordinate activities with various departments and disciplines.

Education:

• Associates degree or certification in Construction or Scheduling

Qualification:

• 7 years of experience in Engineering, Construction or related field
• 3 years scheduling experience with Microsoft project
• Experience with estimating project total installed costs
• Experience in the chemical and/or manufacturing industries
• Basic knowledge of engineering and construction projects
• Knowledge in the chemical and/or manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of project requirements and predecessors, from conceptual design through construction

Travel:

• 10% to 30%
