The Mission
The Leidos National Security Sector uses a wide range of capabilities to support our customers' mission to defend against evolving threats around the world. Our team's focus is ensuring our intelligence customers have the right tools, technologies, and tactics to keep pace with an ever-evolving security landscape and succeed in their pursuit to protect people and critical assets.

The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Senior Content Developer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

  • Leads support to ODNI in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of web content, including social media presence

  • Mentors and trains junior staff

  • Utilizes request management tools such as NarQuest to provide swift, high quality customer support for communication requests

  • Coordinates with Task 10, Knowledge Management, as needed for publication of web content

  • Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Task 10, Knowledge Management, to ensure web content provides an engaging and user friendly experience

  • Develops, manages, and publishes SOPs related to documentation and editing

  • Collaborates in the creation, maintenance, and improvement of web content

  • Makes recommendations for improving web content accessibility for stakeholders

  • Maintains internal and external website content and social media presence

  • Maintains blogs, wiki, and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds in both classified and unclassified environments

  • Leads with developing, distributing, and disseminating electronic intelligence publications, to include creating and posting Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) versions on classified websites across multiple networks

  • Leads communications strategies, writes and updates web content, including newsletters, blog posts, and announcements

  • Prepares responses to inquiries concerning the organization's public websites and social media posts

  • Manages and maintains the organization's digital presence, including content strategy and development and website management

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be exchanged for degree requirements.

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:Pay Range $98,150.00 - $177,425.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
